Teflon® spray characteristics
1. Teflon® fluoropolymer has very good non-stick properties. All metals can be coated with Teflon® coating also very thin film thicknesses showes good not stick properties. This non-stick properties reduces downtime and improves work efficiency.
2. Heat-resistant: Teflon® coatings has excellent heat properties and are most commonly used in temperatures from (-270°C/-454°F to + 290°C/+550°F) 3. Inertly: In contrast to metals, Teflon® industrial coatings adsorb varying quantities of the materials they are in contact with. The absorbtivities in Teflon® industrial coatings are unusually low, and a chemical reaction between Teflon® and other substances is a rarity.
4. Teflon® coating has low coefficient of friction. Load sliding friction coefficient is only between 0.05-0.15. Friction coefficient µ=F/L
